Canceling Your Paid Upgrade Account

You may cancel your paid upgrade account at any time. However, your cancellation will not take effect until your next billing cycle.
To initiate the cancellation:
  1. Log into your PayPal account
  2. Find your most recent PixOasis subscription payment
  3. Click on the reference number attached to that payment
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click “Cancel Subscription”
Your account will revert to the free 50 mg starter membership.
